Transition

- Entered into the EV charging business in 2011 by leveraging smart grid & energy control technologies officially the first mover in the EV charging sector
- Developed EV chargers and provided to auto makers and their subsidiaries in Korea including Hyundai & Kia Motors, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.
- Gradually expanded partnerships into government, CPOs, retailers, fleets, etc.

- 2021, Samsung C&T has invested growth capital to support EVSIS's entry into global markets.
- 2021-2022, Lotte Data Communication ("LDCC") acquired controlling shares, shifting EVSIS from "Local & Hardware-centric" to "Global & Software-centric"
- STIC Alternative invested growth capital to expedite EVSIS's global entry
- Hyundai Motors Group selected EVSIS as a E-pit program partner
- Hyundai Motor and Lotte Group formed a strategic partnership to accelerate fast and ultra-fast EV charging infrastructure
