1987

Foundation

Started as a smart grid based building network solution provider

  • Introduced the first localized power lighting control system
  • Introduced Integrated SI/FMS/BEMS and other smart grid systems

Transition

  • Entered into the EV charging business in 2011 by leveraging smart grid & energy control technologies officially the first mover in the EV charging sector

  • 2021-2022, Lotte Data Communication ("LDCC") acquired controlling shares, shifting EVSIS from "Local & Hardware-centric" to "Global & Software-centric"
